Foundation
Addis Pharmaceutical Factory was established in Adigrat, Tigray Region, marking the beginning of local pharmaceutical manufacturing in northern Ethiopia.
Launched
Beginning commercial production of essential medicines from Adigrat.
ISO Certification
Achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, demonstrating our commitment to international quality standards.
Expansion
Acquired a plant dedicated for Large Volume Parenteral products in Addis Ababa
Reorganization and admission of new shareholders
A British based company called 54 Capital Pharma Limited owned 49% of the equity.
New Expansion
Launched an expansion project in Adigrat to increase its capacity by 3 folds.
